SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder) is a type of winter depression that affects an estimated half a million people every winter between September and April; in particular during December, January and February.

Being an arctic veteran, I recognize the symptons by the recent string of irritable posts.

Now that we know the problem, we can treat the symptoms.

"The sun will shine in my back door someday.
March winds will blow all my troubles away."

Rock on folks, summer is a commin!

Being in Arizona, those words are taboo here. We have the exact opposite here, call 'em the "Summer Blues". Sorry, but no matter what anyone says, 118 sucks, dry or not.
